My Life ("the app") is developed by an individual developer ("we"). This policy explains what data the app handles.
All of your habit data — habits, check-offs, streaks, settings, achievements, and preferences — is stored only on your device. We do not collect, receive, or store your personal data. We cannot see your habits. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
The app works without any account, sign-up, email address, or login.
If you use the AI Coach or Weekly Report features, the messages you type and a summary of your habit statistics (habit names, completion counts, streaks) are sent through our relay server to Anthropic (anthropic.com), the AI provider, to generate the coach's replies. Our server does not store your messages or the replies — it only keeps a daily usage counter tied to a random identifier created on your device (not your name, email, or anything personal) to enforce fair-use limits. Anthropic processes the messages according to its privacy policy. If you never use the AI Coach, nothing ever leaves your device.
Reminders use your device's local notification system. They are scheduled on your phone and no notification data leaves your device.
The app currently contains no purchases. If paid features are added in the future, payments will be processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and we will never see your payment details.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new date.

習慣、チェック記録、ストリーク、設定、実績などのデータはすべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者がお客様のデータを収集・保存することはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
本アプリはアカウント登録・メールアドレス・ログインなしで利用できます。
AIコーチまたは週間レポート機能を使用する場合、入力したメッセージと習慣の統計情報（習慣名、達成数、ストリーク）が、当方の中継サーバーを経由して、AI提供元である Anthropic（anthropic.com）に送信され、返答の生成に使用されます。中継サーバーはメッセージや返答を保存しません。公平な利用のため、端末内で生成されたランダムなID（氏名やメールアドレスなどの個人情報ではありません）に紐づく1日あたりの利用回数のみを記録します。メッセージはAnthropicのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。AIコーチを使用しない限り、データが端末の外に送信されることはありません。
リマインダーは端末のローカル通知機能を使用します。通知データが端末の外に送信されることはありません。
現在、本アプリ内に購入はありません。将来、有料機能を追加する場合も、支払いはAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理され、開発者がお支払い情報を見ることはありません。
本アプリには広告、解析SDK、第三者トラッカーは含まれていません。
